By 2011 STAFAR has expanded and capitalised on evolving project development and outsourcing needs to benefit its clients. Our outsourcing work is a natural evolution of our consulting practice. Our 7 years of professional experience on local market are landmarked by the following milestones:
2004 –STAFAR is established with the objective of assisting foreign investors with local market entry and operations.
2006 – STAFAR successfully accomplishes business consulting project within the framework of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Business Advisory Services Programme.
2007 – From 2007 until present STAFAR provides IT outsourcing services within the framework of the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour Tashkent Open tennis tournament.
2008 – STAFAR launches Human Resource Management Company to meet the growing demand for HR Business Process Outsourcing services. The company pioneers outstaffing services on Uzbek market, leads the deployment of customer relationship management and establishes itself as a leader in outsourcing services in Uzbekistan. First outsourcing contracts are signed with Cisco Systems Management B.V. and Nokia Siemens Networks.
2009 – STAFAR enters into partnership agreement with international outsourcing company Von Essen Consulting SA. HR BPO contracts are signed with the Asian Development Bank, Sasol Synfuels International (Pty) limited, Siemens AG, Western Union and Beeline. The company launches separate entity STAFAR Employment to service Beeline under major outstaffing project.
2010 – Asian Development Bank selects STAFAR to manage recruitment and administration of the personnel during the 43rd ADB Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors, which is for the first time held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
2011 – BPO contracts are signed with British-American Tobacco and Danone.
Within the framework of HR and Finance & Accounting BPO projects STAFAR has been closely working with such companies as Microsoft, Schlumberger, TechTrans, Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., Johnson & Johnson Medical Limited, SarlGroupeFrex.
